James Tin, Editor in Chief, CIO Insight China

James Tin has worked as a senior editor at eWEEK from May 2000 to October 2003. He joined CCNews magazine as an editor in chief in November 2003. Mr. Tin gained extensive experience over the past several years. On June 1, 2006, Mr. Tin joined CIO Insight China; he is the original member of the editorial team of CIO Insight China, serving as the editor in chief. He has been engaged in speaking and building content programs, seminars and forums.


September Fan, Vice Editor in Chief, CIO Insight China

As the deputy editor in chief and events moderator, September Fan sets the strategic editorial direction for CIO Insight China. He has been designing, moderating and hosting about 30 roundtables, conferences, eSeminars for top technology and business leaders. Prior to joining CIO Insight China, Mr. Fan served a senior editorial role a China Internet Weekly.


Edward Cone, Managing Editor, Ziff Davis Enterprise (CIO Insight and Baseline)

Edward Cone runs the online versions of CIO Insight and Baseline. He has worked in the past as a writer for both magazines, and also as a contributing editor for Wired, a staff writer for Forbes, and as a freelancer for a wide range of publications from Paris and North Carolina. He also contributes an opinion column to The News & Record, the daily newspaper in his hometown of Greensboro, NC, and writes the blog EdCone.com. His Baseline magazine case study on the Howard Dean presidential campaign's use of the Internet won as ASPBE National Award for Excellence. A frequent speaker on Web 2.0 in business and the social sphere, he was an organizer of the original BloggerCon conference at Harvard University and for several years the co-director of the ConvergeSouth new media conference in Greensboro.

Wei Jun, Reporter, CIO Insight China

Miss Wei Jun graduated from Beijing Normal University, majoring in Chinese and Human Resource Management. She has been working for the CIO Insight China since July 2007. As a reporter, she is mainly responsible for the financial sector, including case writing, industry tracking and editorial writing. An exceptional organizer, Miss Wei coordinated the first and second Sino-American CIO Summits, and the Information Technology Forum for Banking and Insurance, held this past June 2009.

As Executive Editor, Lorra Liu edits the columns of Management and Foreword. Management is the newest column of CIO Insight China, which focuses on popular management topics in IT. She is the original member of this column. Ms. Liu has 7 years of editing experience in IT media. Previously, Ms. Liu served for 4 years as a journalist for China Computer User, one of the most influential IT Management media in China. Ms. Liu graduated from the Chinese People's University and majored in News Communications.

As the Senior Editor of CIO Insight China, Isaac Woo is with responsibility of Special Report, Case Study, Opinion and Book Review. On August 12, 2006, Mr. Woo joined CIO Insight China as an original member of the editorial team. Prior to joining CIO Insight China, Mr. Woo was engaged as Senior Reporter and Editor in CCNews Magazine. Isaac Woo graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and majored in Mathematics.

Lori is Editor for Expert Voices and Technology columns of CIO Insight China. He joined the editorial team in 2007. Before that, Lori had worked at CCNEWS (China CIO News) as a reporter for 2 years and participated in "Technology", "Management" among other columns. Lori graduated from the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) with a Bachelors of Electronic Engineering.

Amy Lee has worked as a reporter at CIO Insight China from October 2008, who is in charge of the column of Expert Voice. The experts she has interviewed are from different areas of specialties: professors from Business School, authors of best sellers, CIOs in large enterprises and so on. Amy Lee graduated from China Youth University for Political Sciences, and majored in journalism. Now, she is studying in Peking University for master's degree, and majored in Software Engineering.
